| 摘 要： | 柔性教育理念是起源于大规模工业制造背景下柔性制造的一种新型教育理念,其核心在于强调教育的灵活性,强调学生潜能的开发和提高其对外界变化的应对能力.我国高等教育大规模扩招后,改变传统教育僵化模式和培养、提高学生实践、创造能力的适当途径就是在本科毕业论文指导中引入柔性教育理念.为此,本文具体设计了实现该理念的步骤、方案.

| Abstract: | Flexible education concept origins from the flexible producing concept in large-scale industry producing background,and its core is the flexibility of education.It stresses the development of students＇ potentials and the improvement of handling ability of exterior changes.After China＇s large-scale enrollment,the traditional education models are abandoned,while students＇practice and creative ability are attached to much importance,so the flexible education concept is introduced.This paper concretely designs the measures and plans to realize this concept. |
