摘    要:课程考试改革是高等教育教学改革的重要方面,对推进教学改革,实现教学自主化、高效化具有十分重要的导向作用。在高校竞争日益激烈的今天,培养具有高素质、强能力、会创新、能创业的高级应用型人才已成为各高校特别是独立学院新型人才培养模式。本篇文章笔者以瓯江学院为例,试从学生作弊成因入手,提出适应新型人才培养模式课程考试管理对策,提出改补考为重考制度,以立项形式推行课程考试项目申报,在有条件的分院实行统一命题、统一阅卷,加强考后的教学质量监控四点建议,意在更好地培养具有创新意识、动手能力强的高素质合格人才。

An Inquiry into Countermeasures for the Curriculum Examination Management Suitable for New Talent Cultivation Mode:A Case Study of Oujiang College

Abstract:Examination reform is an important aspect of teaching reform in higher education.It plays a very important guiding role in promoting teaching reform and realizing the teaching autonomy and efficiency.In the increasingly fierce competition,to cultivate advanced applied talents has become a new personnel training model for colleges and universities,especially independent colleges. In this paper,with the causes of students' cheating in Oujiang College as the starting point, the writer attempts to put forward some new countermeasures which meet the examination management of new personnel training mode.The four suggestions are proposed to help better cultivate qualified talents of strong innovative awareness and practice ability.
