| 摘 要： | 国防生是我国军队指导员或行政系列干部的主要来源,国防生党建工作的创新是做好国防生教育培养的重要保证。当前国防生党建工作存在着党员发展结构比例和数量稍欠合理、党员教育管理工作针对性稍显不强、教育管理工作方法略显单一等问题。针对此现状,可从加强对高校国防生党建工作组织建设、完善国防生入党积极分子的培养教育、调整在国防生中发展党员的标准和程序、注重国防生党员的经常性教育等途径入手。
