| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育的主力军,肩负大学生思想政治教育工作和日常管理工作的重任。面对新时期大学生思想政治教育工作的多样性和复杂性,高校要以人为本,加大辅导员队伍建设步伐,让辅导员干事有平台,发展有保障,对于促进大学生思想政治教育工作都具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | College counselor team is the principal force of the moral education and ideological and political education in colleges.They undertake the important task of ideological and political education and daily management on college students. In face of the new period＇s diversity and complexity of ideological and political education,colleges should insist on human-oriented conception,and increase the steps of counselors＇ construction to make sure that the counselors have more platforms and developments. The research has a practical significance of promoting ideological and political education in colleges. |
