| 摘 要： | 我国高等院校家庭经济困难学生资助,从1952年实行的人民助学金制度开始,直到实行2007年新政策颁布实施后所建立的新的资助,无论是在哪个时期,我国的高校学生资助都发挥了积极的作用,获得了很好的成效,在保证我国高校家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业方面做出了巨大的贡献。尤其是在2007年新政策实施后,我国高校家庭经济困难学生资助方式更加多元化,更好地发挥了其对高校家庭经济困难学生的资助作用。但是,我国高校家庭经济困难学生资助在其发展与实施过程中仍然存在着很多问题,与一些发达国家相比,我国高校家庭经济困难学生资助尚有差距,在一定程度上制约了我国高校家庭经济困难学生资助的力度与成效。

| Abstract: | China＇s financial aid for college students has a positive role from the time it was established in 1952,and it has achieved good effect.However,there exist many problems in the development and implementation of the financial aid for poverty-stricken students,so it has not reached the level of that in developed countries,which,to some extent,restricts the efficiency of China＇s financial aid for poverty-stricken college students. |
