高职院校学生心理特点及引导策略

摘    要:文章主要分析了高职院校学生心理特点,心理状态两极分化;学习心理不端正,缺乏计划性、目的性;不满心理;"三失感";追求时尚,彰显个性;以自我为中心,宽容度不够;适应能力弱,受挫能力差。针对特点,加强引导:培养集体主义精神,提高学生自我管理意识;引导学生形成自主意识;与学生加强沟通,引导其角色和观念转变,解决心理问题;通过多种形式,言传身教,让学生明白怎样适应环境;利用正确方式,积极教育引导学生。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of students in vocational colleges,and their psychological state shows polarization;incorrect learning psychology;the lack of plan and target; the pursuit of fashion, showing personality;the lack of self tolerance,adaptive capacity and poor frustration. In view of the characteristics, guidance should be enhanced:to cultivate the spirit of collectivism, to improve students' self-management awareness;to guide students to form self-awareness;to enhance communication with students,so as to guide the change of their roles and concepts and solve their psychological problems.
