| 摘 要： | 电力院校非主体专业学生的就业能力低于电力传统专业学生,他们基础知识相对薄弱,实践创新能力缺乏,综合素质能力整体不强导致他们就业难度加大。因此,为提升他们的就业能力,我们应采取以市场需求为导向,调整专业结构;倡导知行结合,加大实践创新力度;转变就业观念,实施全程化就业指导,积极探索提升他们专业能力、实践创新能力和综合素质能力新模式。

| Abstract: | The employment ability of non-subject majors in electric power colleges is weaker than the traditional professional students,for they are weak in professional knowledge and lacks practical and innovative ability.In order to improve their employment ability,we should adhere the orientation of market needs and adjust major structures,enhance practice and innovation, change employment concept,carry out whole-process employment guidance,so as to improve their comprehensive accomplishment. |
