| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the factors of the information commons affecting the satisfactions of the readers,this article probes into the standards and methods of assessment for the satisfactions of readers.The author also presents some measures for bettering the IC service work of the library in the article by combining the results of the questionnaires issued among the students and teachers in Hubei College of Economics. |
