| 摘 要： | 在人类生活中,家庭是个永恒的话题.改革开放以来,人们的价值观、生活方式和家庭观念发生了很大改变,导致了家庭的一系列变化,其中有些变化正在影响着家庭体育实践的发展.以文献研究为主要方法,从对家庭体育概念的再认识入手,指出了目前家庭体育研究中存在的两个问题(数量偏少,质量不高;定量式的问卷调查主导着家庭体育研究,观察法的应用长期缺位),阐述了空巢家庭和新兴家庭生活方式给家庭体育实践发展带来的困惑.最后,在几点思考中提出:家庭是一个历史范畴,具有社会变迁的属性;问卷调查不是万能的;家庭体育不宜作为全民健身的突破口及其可持续发展的落脚点.

| Abstract: | The family is an eternal topic in human life. People''s values, way of life and family values have changed since the reform and opening up, which lead to a series of changes in family, and some of the changes are affecting the development of family sports. Based on literature research as the main method, the concept of family sports was re understand, and two problems of family sports research were pointed out as follows: the quantity is less and the quality is not high; questionnaire investigation dominates the family sports research, and the method of observation was long-term lack. The puzzles of family sports development were expounded which come from the empty nest families and new patterns of family life. Some thoughts were put forward finally from three aspects: family is a historical category and it has the attribute of social change; questionnaire survey is not everything; family sports should not be treated as breakthrough and foothold of sustainable development of national fitness. |
