| 摘 要： | 证据开示制度发源于英国，成熟于美国，是一种成功的诉讼程序制度。我国进行民事审判程序改革．探索引进证据开示制度，通过实验，发现证据开示制度存在一定缺陷以及我国法制环境的不适应。为使证据开示制度落户于中国，我们要改善法制环境，并进行品种改良。

| Abstract: | Publication system of evidence originates from England and matures in U.S.A which is regarded as a successful lawsuit procedure system. In China we reformed the civil justice procedure and tried to import publication system of evidence. It is found in the experiment that such a system has some faults and does not suit with the legal environment of China. In order to utilize publication system of evidence, we need improve the legal environment. |
