摘    要:本文针对中小学教师培训中存在的问题,提出了"校地合作"的教师继续教育模式。这种模式有明确的培训宗旨,强化自主学习能力和在体验中稳步提高的培训策略,具有主题鲜明,紧扣当地需求;职责明确,地方自主性强;机动的弹性培训方案;灵活的培训场所;注重过程,强调体验中学习等特点。文章根据实际运作情况,总结了其实施效果与意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the author puts forward a continuous education model for the teachers in senior and junior schools: the combination of colleges and local education governments.The strategy of this model is: a definite training aim,a strong self-study ability and a steady approach in practice.The model has the following features: definite aim,close to the local needs,definite duty and study in practice.According to the practical use of this model,the author sums up its result and meaning.
