| 摘 要： | 介绍了气缸座的形状结构和技术要求，通过对气缸座锻造的工艺性和经济性的综合分析，制定出零件的模锻工艺，并以模锻加工的技术特点为依据，提出气缸座预锻件和终锻件的设计要点及相应的气缸座锻模的设计方案和总体结构，给出了锻造模具结构示意图，阐述了锻造压力的计算方法和模具主要关键部件的设计和加工方法，并提出了此类锻模设计中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The text introduces the shape and technical requests of cylinder pedestal, set down the technique of the spares through the analysis of technological level and economic benefit, put forward the design scheme and overall structure based on the technological features of the mould, and illustrates the caculation method and the design off the main parts in moulding and points out the problems needing attention in design. |
