摘    要:企业文化是企业的“灵魂”,是经过长期沉淀下来的企业资源。企业并购中必然存在两种甚至多种企业文化的差异。只有使并购各方的企业文化优势相互促进和融合,整合出具有并购方个性特征的企业文化,企业并购才有望真正获得成功。因此并购后的企业文化整合至关重要,必须充分重视。

Abstract:The enterprises' culture is a kind of enterprises' recourses accumulated over time, which acts as the spirit of a enterprise. The differences among various enterprises' cultures will certainly occurr during the course of the enterprises' combination. Once the culture is provided with the characteristics of the merger, and all the advantages of all kinds culture can be mixed and get improved, the combination itself will be successful. In a word, the culture conformity integration is very important and should pay full attention.
