| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校在工程硕士的培养目标、课程设置、教育方式、师资配备以及科研论文等培养方面还处于探索阶段。结合社会需求培养人才，依托校企合作的平台，通过拓展学位培养通道、优化学位培养方案及完善师资队伍建设，实行“双导师”培养制的实施路径，能推进高校全日制工程硕士专业学位培养成效。

| Abstract: | The further development of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to the cultivation of the full-time master of engineering in colleges and universities has social urgency. At present, China＇s colleges and universities in the engineering master＇s training target, curriculum, education method, staffed and research papers is still in the exploratory stage. Combined with social demand to cultivate talent, relying on the cooperation platform between colleges, by expanding degree cultivation channels, optimize degree plan and perfect the construction of teachers team, implement ＂the double teacher＂ the implementation of the training system path, promoting college full-time master of engineering degree training results. |
