| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志对人的全面发展理论作出了新贡献,他继承和发扬了以人为本的全新发展观,提出实现人的全面发展的有效途径,牢固树立生态环境、自然资源与经济社会协调发展的思想,实施满足自身当前需求同时不牺牲后代利益的可持续发展战略,坚持用好资源、节制人口、保护环境三大基本国策.

| Abstract: | JIANG Ze-ming has made great contributions to the theory of all-round development of human beings. On inheriting and carrying forward the new viewpoints on People Foremost by the classic writers, Jiang has brought forward the efficient ways to realize all-round development of human beings by raising the ecological awareness, developing the natural resources and social progress harmoniously, carrying on the sustainable development strategy to meet the needs of the present generation without sacrificing benefits of the future generations, and adhering three basic state policies of making good use of resources, controlling the population and protecting the environment. |
