| 摘 要： | 从我国券商IT应用与系统建设状况、我国证券营业部网络系统应用现状、软件与系统安全等方面，综述了我国证券业的IT应用状况；进而，又从影响证券业IT应用的因素分析、证券业IT应用存在的问题、国际证券交易所的资本市场全球化趋势、中国证券市场IT应用未来发展趋势及热点问题等四个方面，对我国证券业的IT应用状况进行了较为系统的分析。全文对我国券商和证券业IT应用的从业者提供了较为全面的参考。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes the ecurities IT application in China .including the IT application and system construction of securities companies, the network system application, and the software and system security of securities company' branches;and then analyses the IT application of China from the following four aspects: the factors affecting securities IT application . the problems of Securities IT application, the globalization trend of capital market in the International stocks exchanges ,the future development trend of IT application and focuses in China securities market. The article provides relatively general reference for the practitioners of securities companies and securities IT application . |
