| 摘 要： | 2004年8~11月对军事五项队的一线队员进行了为期3个月的科研保障工作,对运动员机能状态进行了全面系统地监控。从保障的效果来看,训练中无一运动员出现过度疲劳现象,运动员出征前机能状态良好。在第52届军事五项锦标赛上夺得了全部6块金牌中的5块,取得军事五项男子团体十连冠、女子团体五连冠,并获得男女个人冠军和女子500 m障碍接力5块金牌的优异成绩。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the object of the tenth consecutive group champion,the individual champion and the champion of 500-meter obstacle relay running of athletes in the 52nd Military Pentathlon World Championship,from August to November in 2004,we did the scientific research service work for 3 months to the main men athletes in military pentathlon team,watched and controlled the enginery state of them roundly and systematically.In the view of the assurance effect,nobody had the phenomenon of excess fatigue in the training;all athletes had good enginery state before they took part in the sport. |
