学校成长型文化建构的校本研究

摘    要:我们从社会发展、教育发展、文化发展和学校发展需要出发,提出建构以“成长”为核心的学校文化,并对其进行校本研究;对“成长”以及课题进行校本界定,并确定其研究价值。设计研究框架,对研究目标、内容和技术线路进行科学设计,提出理论假设。该研究在理论上的创新是:校本教育可定义,学校文化可重塑,践行文化可化人,发展规律可探究。该研究在实践中的建树是:建构“成长理念文化”,践行“成长实践文化”,形成“成长特质文化”。

Abstract:From the angle of social, educational, cultural and school development, this essay suggests constructing growth-centered school culture and makes a study based on school. The definition of growth and project is made and its value is also defined. This study is creative in theory: school-based education can be defined; school culture can be re-created; practicing culture can cultivate humans; the laws of development can be explored. This study has its achievement in practice : construction of growth idea culture ; implementing growth practice culture; formation of growth feature culture.
