| 摘 要： | 联系宋代特殊的时代环境，我们发现禅宗给杨万里“诚斋体”带来了超然无碍的禅意情趣。杨万里通过对禅的体证，将禅宗随缘放旷的情怀引入了其诗歌的创作，化解了时代给诗人带来的价值困惑和精神危机。“诚斋体”的禅趣具体表现为空明的人生境界、随缘的生活态度和幽默的审美情味。

| Abstract: | We can find that the Chan sect brings about aloof sentiment spice for Chengzhai-Ti. Getting across the understanding of Dhyana,Yangwanli inducts free and broad-minded feelings into the produce of his poems.It adjusts his value bemusement and spiritural crisis of the times. So the Zen's interest of Chengzhai-Ti manifests unconventionally graceful life compass,broad-minded and humorous sentiment concretely. |
