| 摘 要： | 建立物流需求方和第三方物流企业的主从对策模型,讨论单阶段和多阶段下的结果,给出多阶段下能达到Nash均衡解的有效Stackelberg策略,并给出最优策略．结果表明:只有当双方进行较长阶段的合作,才能建立有效的Stackelberg策略;在线型合约下,主从双方平分物流外包后所节约的物流费用时,能进行稳定的合作．

| Abstract: | A leader-follower strategy model of third-party logistics is established. The result under single and multistage solution is discussed. An effective Stackelberg strategy which attains Nash equilibrium solution is given, and the optimum strategy is presented. The results manifest that Stackelberg strategy can be established under the stable collaboration, and the leader and the follower can collaborate stably in linear contract if the logistics cost of outsourcing is halved by them. |
