| Abstract: | In the new era,the development of community education must understand and recognize the macro-situation correctly,and implement the spirit of National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Project Summary.From three dimensions of top-level designing,global service,regulation establishing,system construction,connotation deepening and quality development,the community education should be planned scientifically so as to promote its new development. |
