| 摘 要： | 加强高校干部培训工作,是新时期各高校必须重视的一项事关全局的战略任务。我们要按照加强“理论基础”、开阔“世界眼光”、培养“战略思维”、增强“党性锻炼”的要求来构建高校干部教育培训的体系,大胆创新,不断提高教育培训的质量和效果。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the training of carders of higher learning institutions is a strategic task on which all colleges and universities should focus in the new stage. We have to construct the training system for the carders of institutions of higher learning according to the requirements of enforcing theoretical bases, broadening the global vision, developing the strategic thinking pattern, and constantly improve the training quality with creativity. |
