| 摘 要： | 电视栏目的优劣在很大程度上取决于制片人的素质和能力的高低，作为制片管理的核心，制片人的职业素养已经成为电视传播竞争中的决定因素。构成电视制片人职业素质的十大板块为：过硬的政治素质、丰富的知识储备、深厚的文学素养、敏锐的艺术眼光、精湛的业务技能、高超的经营能力、娴熟的管理能力、充足的生活积累、较强的社会活动能力和高尚的职业操守。十大板块的有机统一是电视制片人职业素质构成的理想境界。
