对速滑运动员生理学教学方法的探讨

摘    要:针对速滑运动员重视训练比赛、轻视文化课学习的现象,结合生理学的学科特点,分析了速滑运动员在学习生理学过程中所面临的困难和不足,提出必须根据速滑运动员的训练实际,从培养速滑运动员树立明确的学习目的,避免单一、机械的教学方法,努力营造生动活泼的教学氛围,注重理论和实践相结合,改革教学实验方法等几个方面,探讨了提高速滑运动员生理学的教学质量和实际效果的教学方法和手段。同时,也对速滑运动员文化教育的共同规律进行了探讨。

Abstract:As the speed skaters think much of the training and competition but less of the cultural study, with combination of the physiology characteristic, the article analyzes their problems in learning the physiology. It suggests that it is necessary to foster them in upbuilding the unambiguous study target based on speed skating training practice. It discusses some methods and approaches by reforming the inanimate teaching way for speed skaters to well study the physiology in lively atmosphere. It also seaches after the common rule of cultural education for them in combination with theory and practice.
