| 摘 要： | 上世纪八十年代出现的新的组织形式企业战略联盟,呈现不断加速发展的趋势,已成为现代企业强化其竞争优势的重要手段。国内外学者从交易费用观、资源观、组织学习观角度阐述企业战略联盟的机理问题,从技术、合作、物流、企业形式、利润等角度阐述企业战略联盟的组建和管理问题。将来学者还可以结合新经济社会学、生态学等对该理论进行进一步研究。

| Abstract: | In the 1980s,a new organization, strategic alliance of enterprises appeared, and presents the development trend of acceleration. It has become an important means for modern enterprise to strengthen its competitive advantage.Chinese and foreign scholars set forth the mechanism of the alliance from the views of transaction cost,resources, organizational learning.They expounded the formation and management from the aspects of the technology,cooperation,logistics,business forms,and profits.In the future,scholars can also do further study combined with the new economic sociology and ecology. |
