| 摘 要： | 大众化教育背景下,教学质量已成为民办高校生存和可持续发展的重要因素之一.由于民办高校教学质量的提高存在诸多不利因素,民办高校必须把"以学为主"、"以就业为导向"作为教学质量的评价标准.因此,民办高校教学质量信息获取和控制,关键在于师资队伍建设.

| Abstract: | Under the popular education background,the teaching quality has become one of the important factors for the survival and development of the civilian-run colleges and universities.As there are many unfavorable factors for the enhancement of the civilian-run colleges and universities,they must take ’learning as the main thing and employment as the direction’ as their teaching quality estimation standard.So,the key factor for the civilian-run colleges’ and universities’ obtaining and controlling teaching quality information lies in the construction of teaching ranks. |
