| 摘 要： | 介绍和论述了处于领先地位的发达国家的绿色食品产业。分析了我国绿色食品产业在发展过程中存在的问题,如产业化水平低、缺乏国际竞争力、管理体制不健全等。认为美、德、日等发达国家在培育市场、管理体系、经营模式、科技创新、政策引导等方面的发展经验值得我国借鉴,国外的成功经验是促进我国绿色食品产业发展,防范食品安全风险的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | The leading green food industry in developed countries is introduced and discussed. The problems in the development process of China＇s green food industry are analyzed, such as the low level of industrialization, the lack of international competitiveness, the management system is not perfect and so on. The development experience in cultivating the market, management systems, business models, technological innovation, policy guidance and other aspects of United States, Germany, Japan and other developed countries is worth our reference. Successful experience abroad is one effective way to promote the development of green food industry and food safety risk prevention of China. |
