| 摘 要： | 发展农村成人教育是实现农村全面小康的重要举措。目前,农村成人教育存在着师资队伍素质不高,办学模式单一,政府重视不够等同题。为此,必须更新农村成人教育观念,加大教育投入,强化师资队伍建设,以促进农村成人教育的进一步发展,为农村全面小康社会的实现创造更加完备的条件。

| Abstract: | Developing rural adult education is the important move in realizing a well-off society in the countryside. Now, problems exist in the following aspects: poor quality of the teacher troop, monotonous mode of running, and lack of government attention. Therefore we must update educational idea, increase educational input and reinforced the teacher troop construction, to help the further development of rural adult education and provide perfect conditions for a well-off society. |
