| Abstract: | Today, science and technology develop with high speed and the journals are in heated competition. To strengthen the journal's construction, editors of modern sci-tech journals should have qualities as follows: deep love of editing and strong esponsibility; solid professional knowledge and broad relative information; good expressiveness by words and adept editorial skills; rich knowledge of computer and internet and high level in foreign language; certain aesthetics accomplishment and strong social intercourse ability; research ability for editology. |
