| 摘 要： | 城市文化是城市凝聚力和综合竞争力的重要因素，也是城市现代化的重要基础和特征。高等教育层次较高，能动性强，充满生机与活力，其集中的智力、荟萃的人才、优越的设备和科研条件为城市文化的丰富活跃、引导提高、变革更新提供了得天独厚的有利条件。高等教育通过多种形式参与城市文化建设，通过培养人才、发展科学技术、服务城市社会，从而提升城市文化的整体素质、科技素质及人文精神。因此，应充分利用高校教育资源发展城市社区教育，推进城市文化建设。

| Abstract: | City culture is the main factor for agglomeration and complicated competition, base and feature for city modernization. The higher education, highly qualified, actively motivated, full of vital force, contributes a lot to the construction of city culture with intensive talents, advanced equipment and research condition. Therefore, to make use of university resources can promote city culture construction. |
