| 摘 要： | 法律面授课是开放教育法律课程教学方式的重要组成部分。在法律面授课中运用案例教学法,适合法律课特点和学生学习要求,能锻炼和提高学生自主能力和创新学习能力,有利于开放教育人才培养目标的最终实现。本文结合相关理论和教学实践,阐述了运用案例教学法的必要性和基本要求。

| Abstract: | It is the important component of course teaching ways of open educational law to give lessons the law. Use the case teaching methodology in giving lessons the law, is suitable for law lesson characteristic and student and learn to require, can do exercises and improve student's independent ability and innovative learning ability, help the realizing finally of open education talent's train objective. This text combines relevant theories and teaching to practise, has explained that uses the necessity of the case teaching methodology and basic demand. |
