| 摘 要： | 网络技术的突飞猛进 ,给图书馆的信息服务提供了现代化的手段 ,同时也带来了如何组织、规范网络信息 ,保证信息安全等方面的挑战 ,只有立足于网络控制 ,从网络信息的集聚、网络技术的发展、网络环境的塑造等三方面 ,加强信息服务的网络调控 ,才能从整体上把各图书馆联成一个超级信息组织管理机构 ,从质量、技术和制度上构筑美好的网络前景
