Nurture core competence of agriculture corporation is not only short-term Struggle for existence needs, but also the means to achieve long-term sustainable growth. Nurture and enhance organizational capacity, learning ability, innovation ability , adapt ability and balance ability, it is very important for agriculture corporation to maintain a competitive advantage and achieve sustainable growth. |
