| 摘 要： | 中国的诚信观是道德诚信,西方的诚信更多的是法律诚信。这种差异根源于不同民族的不同的谋生方式。而道德诚信与法律诚信是相辅相成的。道德诚信依靠法律诚信的外在支持,法律诚信需要道德诚信的内化吸收。在建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中,我们需要重塑人们对道德诚信和法律诚信的敬畏之情。

| Abstract: | The main difference origins from the different life making way.However,the morality and law integrity are complementary.Marality integrity depends on the support from the law integrity while the law integrity needs the morality assimilation.During the process of develop our harmonious society,we need rebuild the prestige of morality and law integrity. |
