| 摘 要： | 处于国外行为金融学理论如火如荼的发展背景下,中国的行为金融研究也在逐步深入和细化。中国行为金融理论的研究大致可以区分两个阶段;而相关研究也可以从行为金融理论的综述性研究、对中国股市异常现象的实证性检验和对中国股市投资者心理和行为的具体分析三方面进行综述。其中对中国股市投资者心理和行为的具体分析又可细化为关于个体投资者心理及行为的研究和关于群体投资者心理和行为的研究两部分。

| Abstract: | The theory of behavior finance is the most remarkable in the foreign economic researching. In China, the developing of behavior finance analysis can be divided into two periods. The relative research also can be reviewed as follows: the sum-up researching of behavior finance, the empirical analysis of China stock abnormal, the discussing of psychology and behavior of financial assets investors in China. The discussing of psychology and behavior of financial assets investors also can be marked off two parts: the study of psychology and behavior of individual investors and the investigation of psychology and behavior of crowd investors. |
