| 摘 要： | 实现人的全面自由发展是马克思主义理论的精华,也是马克思主义追求的最高理想和目标。根据马克思揭示的人的发展规律,在社会主义现代化建设过程中,应当把发展人的独立个性摆在重要的位置上。当代中国尤其需要倡导个性解放,调动人的积极性和创造性,不拘一格地造就各方面的人才。

| Abstract: | It's the essence and the highest ideal and objective pursued by Marxism to realize the overall and free development of a person.In accordance with the development law revealed by Marx,the development of individual's personality should be put into an important place in the construction process of socialist modernization.Nowadays China needs to call for the liberation of personality in order to bring into full play the initiative and creativity of people and foster the talented persons without sticking to one pattern. |
