| 摘 要： | 加强集成创新，是实现自主创新的新思路，也是企业适应知识经济获得核心竞争力的关键。在回顾和总结集成创新提出与理论内涵以及核心竞争力的相关理论描述的基础上，分析了集成创新和企业核心竞争力之间的互动关系，并给出了集成创新和企业核心竞争力之间的互动关系模型，最后，指出了基于集成创新的企业核心竞争力的构建途径。

| Abstract: | Strengthening integrative innovation is a new way of carring out independent innovation and a key for an enterprise to adapt knowledge-based economy and acquire the core competence.This paper describes the interactive relation between integrative innovation and enterprise core competence by looking back with summarying the theoretical content of integrated innovation and the theoretical frame of core competence.Then put forward the model of interactive relation between integrative innovation and enterprise core competence.Finally,point out the developing way of building enterprise core competence based on integrative innovation. |
