论有效体育教学及其策略

摘    要:体育课堂教学效率是指向体育教学目标的有效教学时间与实际教学时间的比率,它是实现体育教学目标的价值量度。从影响有效体育教学的各因素看,提高体育课堂教学效率的策略有:体育教学过程的优化策略、注重学生主体参与策略、合理课程设计策略、激励策略、恰当起点行为掌控策略。

Abstract:The efficiency of P. E. class teaching is the ratio of efficiency teaching time and real teaching time of directional P.E teaching target, it is the value measurement of reality P.E teaching target. From the reason of effecting effieieney P.E teaching looking ,the tactics of increasing P.E class teaching have: the optimizing tactic of P.E teaching process; the participation tactic of paying attention to students main body; the designing tactic of reasonable courses; the encourage tactic; the mastering and commanding tactic of proper starting point behavior.
