| 摘 要： | 本次金融危机源于美国的经济政策、监管失缺和金融创新过度,根本在于现行国际货币体系中的美元霸权.要从根本上避免金融危机,必须构建新的国际金融秩序,国际金融新秩序构建必须坚持货币体系多元化、监管主体多维化和国际金融机构主体平等化三大原则.

| Abstract: | 2008'global financial crisis derives from economy policy,absence of financial supervision and excessive financial innovation in American,and fundamentals in international financial system which dominated by Dollar.So it is necessary to construct international financial new system to avoiding financial crisis permanently.The principles to reconstruct international financial system are international multi-monetary system,multi-agent regulation and equality members of international financial organization. |
