政治理论教学与学生的非智力因素探析

摘    要:政治理论课教学必须重视学生的非智力因素,学生非智力因素是指学生正常智力因素以外的若干因素,包括学生个体的兴趣,情感,性格,气质及志向因素等,兴趣是点燃学生智慧的火花,抽象理论形象化教学是引起学生兴趣的直观手段,情感是激发学生奋起的动力,教师具备良好的仪表形象,教与学中的情感交流,严谨治学,传道授业,营造愉快和谐的学习氛围,意志是学生走向成功的摇篮,是学生迈向知识高峰的加油站,开展素质教育,培养学生良好的心理素质对其成为合格的社会成员终生有益。

Abstract:In politics teaching, teachers should pay much attention to students non-intellectual factors, which refer to a number of factors except normal intellectual factors, including interest, emotion, characteristic, temperament and ambition of different students. Interest can bring their wisdom into full play. While teaching abstract theories figuratively is a good way to arise students interest. Emotion can stimulate motivation of struggling ahead. Teachers must have a good image, pay attention to the exchange of emotion with students and create harmonious studyatmosphere. Ambition is the cradle to success. Quality teaching is an important creative way. We should aim to train students with good psychological state and become a qualified member of the society. These will be beneficial for students all their lives.
