| 摘 要： | 三大检索论文数的多少一直是科技人员所关心的事。本文介绍了2006年我国被三大检索系统检索的论文特点，分析了我国高校论文被收录情况和有些高校SCI文章收录少的原因。指出既要提高高校三大检索论文数量，又要实事求是，正确对待三大检索刊源，在学风建设上做到“严谨、求实、勤奋、创新”。只有这样，才能做到在提高论文数量的同时提高论文的质量，做到论文与专利并重，真正提高高校学术水平和科研实力。

| Abstract: | College search of the three major papers of the number of scientific and technological personnel has been very concerned about. In this paper, in 2006 was China＇s search system to retrieve the three major characteristics of the paper, an analysis of China＇s colleges and universities to be included in papers and some colleges and universities included in the article SCI less. That it is necessary to increase the number of papers to retrieve the three major colleges and universities, seek truth from facts, the right retrieve published in three major sources of treat, in the style of study done on the ＂rigorous, realistic, hardworking and innovative.＂ Only in this way can do in raising the number of papers at the same time improve the quality of the paper, so that both papers and patents, to truly improve the academic levels of higher learning and scientific research strength. |
