摘    要:通过对云南省鲁甸县的特岗教师职业状况调查发现:特岗教师在工资收入上基本达到国家规定,大部分特岗教师认为待遇偏低;教学能力提高的最主要途经是参加工作后的自身教学实践和探索,在需要提高的知识与技能方面,不同的特岗教师各有侧重;选择特岗教师职业的原因排在前二位的是:解决就业和认为自身特点适合当教师;在专业发展上希望能获得更多的发展机会与空间;大部分特岗教师认为自身社会地位一般,对西部教育作用很大,职业满意度较高。

Abstract:A survey on special- post teachers' (SPT) occupation condition of rural school in Ludian county of Yunnan province finds that SPT's wage income has basically reached the national regulation, but is still considered low. The main way to improve their teaching abilities is personal teaching practice and research after their teaching career begins. They have different needs in improving their professional knowledge and skills. The top two reasons for choosing SPT as an occupation are to solve the problem of employment and to accord with their own characteristics. In teachers' professional development they hope to gain more opportunities and development space. Most SPTthink that their social status is general and, with a high degree of job satisfaction, they play an important role in western education.
