| 摘 要： | 后现代主义是当代教育管理理论发展的重要哲学基础。后现代主义管理理念具有人性、去权威性、包容性以及和谐性等特性,它促进了我国高职院校管理新理念的形成,呈现出管理由封闭模式向开放模式转变、由雷同化模式向特色化模式转变、由控制模式向服务模式转变、由集权模式向分权模式转变以及由学习型组织向创新型组织转变等。
