摘    要:培养高效能的教师队伍是世界各国改革教师教育的基本政策。教师继续教育是教师专业发展的重要组成要素,教师继续教育与培训已经成为教育部门等相关利益主体的重要事宜。教师继续教育政策旨在推进专业发展,政策目标、政策设计、政策实施和政策评价等涉及教师继续教育政策有效性的主要问题,是教师政策改革的当务之急。
