| Abstract: | Based on the life-long education theory and the learning leadership perspective,through the analysis of the current continuing education and its problems of the rural grass-roots cadres,this paper proposes four solutions to creating its thoughts and ideas,system mechanisms,carrier forms as well as content and methods in order to help the rural grass-roots cadres to become leanning leadership. |
