| 摘 要： | 为了能够适应社会发展的潮流以及更好地为社会服务,我国的教育制度不断改革,教育在改革的背景下朝着多元化的方向发展,成人职业技术教育就是其中一个发展的方向。基于此,以成人职业技术教育为主要阐述对象,结合学生职业生涯规划进行重点阐述,指出了当前成人教育的学生如何在职业生涯规划背景下进行职业技术教育,以期进一步提高成人教育学生的综合竞争力。
