| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对中国军事五项运动的发展历程经行了回顾,探析了中国军事五项运动取得优异成绩的主要因素及其当前存在的问题,研究认为：训练方法创新、运动技术创新、人才机制创新和从严治队与强化爱国教育是中国军事五项运动能够长期称雄世界的主要因素,但其也存在着项目发展水平不平衡、过度依赖精神激励、市场化运作理念匮乏和主动性宣传不足等问题。建议要均衡发展发展运动项目;进一步完善运动员和教练员的各项保障措施;积极进行市场化运作,探索引进企业赞助和合作的双赢模式;同时,进一步加强舆论宣传力度,进行主动性的自我推介和宣传。
