| 摘 要： | “分层分段多维复式”概念的提出，是模块教育在人才培养模式上的具体体现。它将人才培养从能力分层、教学分段、空间分区、模式互补的角度划分为若干个动态可灵活整合的教育教学模块，再根据企业的需求进行组合、调整，从而加深校企合作的深度和广度，使学生的技能水平不断提高，真正做到与就业岗位的零距离对接。
