| 摘 要： | 从商丘市中小学体育教师资源配置的数量与质量两个维度入手,选取生师比、班师比、高学历体育教师比例、高职称体育教师比例以及35~45岁中青年体育教师比例5个指标,分城市、县城、农村进行比较。通过对统计数据进行计算分析。得出：商丘市中小学体育教师资源配置存在着较大的城乡不平衡。提出中小学体育教师资源配置应该从修订中小学体育教师编制标准;加大农村中小学体育教师培训力度;改进中小学体育教师的补充机制;深化教育体制改革入手。

| Abstract: | This article begins with quantity and quality of P.E teachers in primary and middle schools in Shangqiu city,chooses the proportion of students and the teachers,the proportion of the classes and the teachers,the proportion of the high degree P.E teachers,the proportion of high professional post P.E teachers,and the proportion of the young and middle-aged teachers in 35～45 years old,compares five indexes from the city,town,and countryside.The result shows that there exists bigger uneven between city and countryside in the P.E teachers＇ resource disposal in Shangqiu city.It is thought that the P.E teachers＇ resource should be disposed from the following four aspects：（1）Revise the P.E teachers＇ establishment standard;（2）Promote the rural P.E teachers ＇training;（3） Improve the P.E teachers＇ supplementary mechanism;（4）Reform the educational system deeply. |
