| 摘 要： | 通过调查和文献资料、比较等方法,针对中、日、德国和意大利等国家青少年足球运动员的人口、文化教育与青少年足球竞赛赛制、每年的比赛场次等现况等进行比较分析。结果发现,中国足球运动发展的缺陷是青少年足球运动员的人口、比赛场次都比其他国家少,运动员文化教育程度低。我国在青少年足球人才培养过程中,应优化足球环境,扩大足球人口;根据青少年的特点,制定合理的多元化竞赛赛制;同时,加强文化素质、心理素质、意志力、应变能力和战略战术等综合能力的培养。
